Refurbishment.

This area of operations encompasses straight forward simple refurbishment, where the refurbishment is cosmetic and the resultant property is easy to sell.

Our available skill set means however that we also tackle the refurbishment that might require greater amounts of construction expertise. Properties that might require attention to the fabric of the building, internal alterations, addition of extra space and complete rewiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering, new kitchens and bathrooms and complete redecoration with outside landscaping. As would be expected, the finished property meets the requirements of today’s purchaser and is also very easy to sell.

This is one of our major area of operation, with simple refurbishment taking 2 months on average, the more complicated refurbishment taking up to six months.
