Change of Use

This area of our activities is very much in line with our many past successful achievements. We bring to each project a particularly unique approach wherein the possibilities require lateral thought, the design requires a special approach and the end result always exceeds prospective clients expectations. All change of use projects are undertaken on properties that require refurbishment. The types of projects have included

• converting bungalows into 4/5 bedroom chalet style properties.
• 7-10 room properties being converted to bed-sit accommodation for high yield rental.
• 3 bedroom detached houses being converted into 4/5 bedroom houses.
