Jan Swiestowski
Managing Director
Jan is a graduate of University of Sussex with a BSc Hons in Physics with Maths, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Jan has an extensive background in Estate and Project Management including architecturally designed residential houses, swimming pool enclosures, hotel staff accommodation, clubhouses and nursing home extensions. Buildings that ranged from 10sqm to 850sqm in size, all requiring innovative eco-friendly and energy saving approaches to standard timber frame building techniques.
As many of his properties testify, Jan has a unique approach to design and is a firm believer in implementing an energy friendly approach to construction, demonstrating to many of his competitors that this does not need to be an expensive exercise, but always one that delivers added value and delight to the prospective customer.

Andrzej Pogorzelski
Operations Director
With a broad experience of the building industry in Europe and the UK, Andrrej has a comprehensive grasp of the important factors in the success of construction projects and is the driving force in ensuring that we meet our quality goals and projects are delivered on time. Andrzej has worked with Jan for many years and between them they normally make short work of even the most complicated projects, often without the need to call in other subcontractors or trades.

Tess Swiestowska
Director and Company Secretary.
Tess brings an incisive approach to customer management and the marketing activities of the company, as well as the design aspects of many of our projects. Her deep interest in gardening, horticulture and holistic therapies and approaches have influenced the company's attitude to all it's projects, small or large.
